Not sure if this is real or not. But while running Tower and Prison, our magic in our group dropped as if the reduce magic buffs were not working? Could you take a look at that. we all lost it really fast!

✭Yes there is a bugged where cryodiil passive buffs are not working. This has been confirmed and possibly fixed in the next pts patch.0
