Did some fishing, caught some stuff, game wouldn't allow for filleting and recognizing trophy fish.

Stalwart385✭✭✭✭Not exactly clear, were you trying to fillet trophy fish? That isn't supposed to work.

No, fillet the regular ones. The trophies should go to your Achievements List in journal under fishing.
