Castle of Worms Bug

My main quest line seems to be broken at Castle of Worms. Upon entering the inner keep I got into a fight and was knocked backward which propelled me into the wall behind me. I could still hear my NPC fighting it out but could not move nor see anything. The only way out was for me to teleport out. Upon doing so when I returned to the area where Tamriel?? sabotages the steam pipes I now am no longer able to enter the door to the inner keep. Tamriel is in the area but he doesn't move nor am I able to talk to him. If I follow the quest marker for the quest now it takes me to the mages quild in East March but there is nothing to enter. I assume this may be where I would have come out via portal should I have completed the quest appropriately. Any suggestions?
