Its one of the best things about the Elder Scrolls games. I was prepared to be disappointed after reading some of the initial reviews and ended up loving the music a great deal. Plunked down the 12.99 and bought the soundtrack, I just want more of it.
I'd like some more themes for running around, ect.
There are times I feel like I've wandered back to familiar places when the soundtrack of Oblivion or Morrowind come floating thru the headset. Then I look at the screen and marvel at the lush environment and sigh..
Other times I'll be passing a tavern and hear a few bars of one of the new songs just loud enough to notice and pause to catch a couple of more lines..
The Elder Scrolls has always had great music and this installment was no exception. So, yes, more tunes, please!

The only thing I don't like is how the great open-world music is constantly interrupted by the less than ideal combat music. Most of the time I just turn the music sound all the way down and stream classical music stations.
But I do like how IC has an energetic, fairly uninterrupted battle theme once you get into it.
So far I like the music that plays in Aldmeri areas the best. They do set the mood quite well in ES games. I first noticed this when I heard Secunda in Skyrim while walking through the snow (without it snowing) at night. It was perfect.
