Limited to a specific missions in ebonheart? Or can the rest of us get it as well? If it is limited can we get it once we are allowed into the other factions? Lastly, If the skeleton is ebonheart specific, what are the specific costumes for AD and Covenant?

Allyhoo811✭✭✭Your AD or DC characters can do the quest once you reach Vet Levels and gain access to Cadwell's Silver and Gold. Once you unlock the costume on one character you have it for all characters. There are currently no faction specific costumes in ESO. -
