Unintentional nerf to race

The only race behind an additional paywall (Imperial) recieved an unintentional nerf to one of its racials. I know it may not seem like much but its a 50% nerf in pvp.
Buff it or replace it and while im at it buff Argonians... what is this some sort of joke?

✭✭✭✭The heal proc may be less effective but the hitpoints are now *more* effective by the same amount since health is effectively increased in value through the lowering of damage.

✭Buffing Imperial would look too much like P2W so I don't think it'll ever get buffed. Besides, 12% max health and 10% max stam is already better than most classes.Guild of Shadows ~Elite~Învictus ~Council~

It wasn't nerfed, all healing was nerfed in general and so it is just as effective as it ever was relative to any other healing.
You can't argue that the healing was nerfed while refusing to recognize that the hitpponts were buffed by the exact same amount.
Regardless healing was already reduced by 20%. The extra 30 is only a 37.5% change to healing compared to last patch.Permanently banned from the forums for displaying dissent: ESO - The Year Behind
