Stealt and cloak after using skills with dot

i was sure that dots and generel damage over time should not reveal you after you cast the skill?
For me it is on my nightblade and i am using poisen arrow and caltrops but if i try to go back into stealt the tick keeping me to go out of stealth again?
im pritty sure that in one of the latest live videos they announce that this will be fixed on the IC update? well the IC is now on pts and still dmg tick pop you out of stealth.

99% of the time I am using this skill for escapability if it's broken like this.....and this upcoming update
was suppose to fix this then this is very bad news.......I've heard from other players that it's still broken0 -
