Mail not received.

I have not received mail I was expecting for almost a week now. It is inhibiting my ability to play, as I was depending on 3 set pieces which have not arrived from another guild member, and if I pvp my inbox becomes flooded and takes several hours to unclog just to make sure he items haven't arrived. I have taken it up with an ingame ticket but I am still being processed a week later.
