Does the healing reduction in PvP also effect Health Regen?

Title says it all. Obviously this would be a huge nerf for Orcs and Nords and pretty much anyone with any reasonable health regen.

For some reason ZOS removed health regen mundus stone instead of for example adding health regen to other stone (because all they wanted to do is to add stamina regen mundus stone as a bandaid fix for unjustified ubernerf to tanks "0 stamina regen while blocking".

There is a chance that some PVPers whined that players shouldnt be let regenerate health so ZOS might also nerf health regen as part of healing reduction in PVP

That would be a shame. Why have they also removed health regen mundus? There are trade offs in a game like this. if you choose to give up say weapon dmg or max stam why shouldnt you be able to stack health regen? sigh.

The reason they removed health regen stone, because they claim that "not many people used it". This makes not sense since they promised us that with 1.7 they will bring balance to mundus stones. So if one stone is not popular they should buff it to make it on par with other stones.

The second reason they removed health regen stone is that they wanted to make space for stamina regen stone (a bandaid fix for "0 stamina regen while blocking" nerf).

Im all for having stamina regen stone but not at the cost of losing health regen stone. As you said, there are tradeoffs when you pick one above other and players should be able to choose what they want.

There were many alternatives to what ZOS did, they could
    - add health regen boost to other current stone like The Steed
    - they could create new mundus stone either for stamina regen or health regen
    - they could merge some stones that are already in game and make space for health regen/stamina regen

Instead they just removed health regen.

    So now we have:
    - max health/stamina/magicka
    - regen ............./stamina/magicka

Sorry, but everything should be equal. Either players can choose anything or nothing at all.

    The previous option:
    - max health/stamina/magicka
    - regenhealth/................/magicka
    was not fair either

The only fair option that ZOS should chose is:
    - max health/stamina/magicka
    - regen health/stamina/magicka

I agree. You should be able to choose any path. Removing the health regen Mundus just shows how committed ZoS is to nerfing healing.

You have to give them credit for being consistent. I mean how could they bare to have someone stack 1700 health regen? OMG that 8500 heals every ten seconds with no crits ever. Whats the big deal? Everyone says health regen is useless..

My Orc NB right now has 1200 health regen with a drink up. Thats 6k healing every 10 seconds in PvP (unless its nerfed 50% in PvP??????)

Do they fear that if they leave the health regen mundus in that Nord or Orc may actually benefit from their racial passive to get 2k or more health regen? A whopping 10k heals per 10 seconds.... Which is like2 hits from anything in the game or 1 crystal frag.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Can you confirm or deny that combat health regen remains untouched in PvP with the new debuff system?

I believe in Robust, but I want this ability to work and I want to, if I choose, invest down this path and not suffer as a result.
