Please Improve the PVP Ability Flare: Prevent Cloak From Being Overpowered

Cloak is an overpowered ability, even though its not even working right and still being broken from single target charges and casts like wrecking blow. Once cloak is working as intended, the ability for nightblades to go completely invisible in the middle of combat, repeatedly, it way too good compared to what other classes can do. Yes, bolt escape was a better escape for the majority of this games existance, and even with the nerfs remains as the only ability that is on par or better than cloak. But cloak is borderline overpowered just like bolt escape and needs better counters. I play both a sorc and a NB, but I give unbiased suggestions. If my class is overpowered I let it be known. Shield spam (recasting hardened ward or healing ward repeatedly), cloak, and bolt escape are all overpowered abilities.

This being said, flare is such a crappy ability, that its not really worth using. It is extremely slow, has no use outside of finding stealth and cloaked players, and is too specialized. Give this ability some kind of extremely good secondary benefit besides just finding cloak/stealth players so that people will want to slot it in pvp in general. This will help bring down cloak spam and bring this ability more in-line in pvp.
