Im gonna respec my DK stam into magicka (need advice)

Im gonna change my stam nord dk into magicka cause the game is unbalanced and in pve is ok but for pvp is just bad. It goes against my ideas I had with this char but ZOS isolates dk stam so...

What build for pvp and pve? I was thinking in destro and dw.

What armors and how should the cp go?

destro & dw you can do it just gear up to get a lot of magika regen and high magika get to the 20k+
as for you choice of dw you can use it but i wouldn't recommend using any ability of dw just use dw for their passive buf and slot you class skills for that bar

I like destroying/resto personlly. I use 5 piece of the sun 2 piece of spellweaver and two healer rings.

Use regeneration drinks.

Bar 1 crushing shock| reflective scale | coagulating blood | lava whip | talons | standard

Bar 2 engulfing flame | mutagen | healing ward | molten weapons | spiked armor

50/13 magic health.

Im imperial so stats you may want to play around with if your steam is like 5k lol

This is the "starter" do i would like to think. Take this general loadout into a couple of fights and see how you like

You can also do a resto/1h shield build with invasion being your opener as well but that is different gear and skills

I'm dunmer DK level 50. I use 2 inferno staves.

Bar 1: burning embers, lava whip, force pulse, structured entropy, flames of oblivion
Bar 2: engulfing flames, ash cloud, impulse, green dragon blood, and flames of oblivion

EDIT: Nevermind i was being silly it's not an ult just an inferno morph i had forgotten about.

Hmm light armour magicka dk huh.

Weapon 1, Dest staff
Weapon 2 S+B


Dest staff for range, medium weave + crushing shock is your main dps, Flame reach for your stun, and reflectivs scales.. Use either inner light (more magicka therefore more dmg) or radiant for extra crit. Ultimate is shooting star

S+B , Whip (only source of dps) talons, GDB, Fossilize (swap it out for support ability if you want, e.g. Cleanse etc..) and magelight. Ult what ever you want, i switch between soul strike, Barrier and i use standard for pve.

Though dk's are kind of messed up at the moment, you'll never be as good as a decent sorc or nb.

Im using for pve 1 bar single target: inner light-molten weap-engulfing-molten whip-burning embers-standard
for aoe: inner light-structured entropy-enhulfin-eruption-pulsar-star

for pvp Im 1h and shield on the 2nd bar. Anyway I think Im gonna redo my parked level 22 dunmer nightblade for pvp.
