I haven't had this happen until the recent update, but parts of my skill bar for my 2nd character will be unusable. Don't know if this is common because it never happened the whole time with my first character.

AzothOTGB✭✭Make sure your weapons are equipped properly. The only times I've experienced something like that is when my weapons got bugged out into my inventory or swapped out. This can happen from 3rd party addon's that manage skills and equipped weapons.
