Unable to progress in Main Story mission. Stuck at Close the unstable Rifts: 2/3, The titan is not spawning. Unable to reset quest or reset the spawn.

    Abandon it and pick it up again. Nothing the devs can do about it.

    @paradoxia You cannot abandon the main story quest at that specific point. Logging out for 5 minutes to reset the instance however resolved it. Thanks to ESO support tool.

    Sometimes customer service can remove a quest from your journal so it can be picked up again, but glad you have resolved it with an instance reset
