As a healer, which of these two abilities?

As a healer (Templar), which one of these two abilities would you use, healing springs (restoration staff) or restoring aura? I have BoL and remembrance slotted, so it seems like healing springs is really just taking up a slot.

A question, do you have rapid regeneration/mutagen slotted? as imo the spell is better than either of them.

I only slot healing Springs when I know the group will be stacked and will need major heals like in THE MANTIKORA fight. Other than that I normally drop extended ritual which has a huge radius and is basically a larger longer healing Springs and it also makes your bol hit harder when you need to heal. Extended ritual is large enough that even if the group is spread out they are usually still in its heal. Personally I have never used rapid regen/mutagen while healing and I've completed all vet dungeons/trials/vdsa/hard mode on my healer. So my suggestion is to just slot those abilities when it is called for. But everyone heals differently and what works for me may not work for others. My play style as a healer is healer/dps. Because I feel that to be competitive in raids/runs the healer needs to also do dps.

No, I haven't slotted regen. I'm going to, though, and maybe toss in the restoring aura for the magician regen. Thanks.

One other thing I'm curious about, however, is if I need to keep both vampire's bane and puncturing sweep equipped. Would just one of those work?
