Robust Constitution Clarification

It states in the PTS patch notes that robust is now robust constitution when discussing the change for the Khajiit's racial passives. Now is this robust to robust constitution change just for Khajiits or is it for all races that have the robust passive?

    No it doesn't apply to Orcs or Nords, I wrote a post on it. I feel like it's unfair to both. They also buffed Bosmer and Altmer for no reason. yeah Lots of New AD players in the future ;)

    I loving I am getting 3% more hp plus I get a pure 6%dmg res I take it for my tank plus I can't remeber 100% but the frost res just get added to your magic res for free. I think when I remove all my gear my magic like 2k but my phsy dmg res is 0.

    Nord is probably THE best tank class now with the way block mechanics work. Nords don't have a dps stat racial, but neither do Argonians, and Nords have pretty versatile survivability.

    I love my Nord DK Tank, but wish he would get the same passive as the Khajiit.
    Playing since beta...
