Random Game Freeze - game not responding

Ever since update 6 I randomly get game freezing. I have to go into my Task Manager to shut it down and when I do it says the program has stopped responding.
I have tried just about everything except for complete uninstall and reinstall (really do not want this headache).
Is it possible that there is an issue with proper memory/cpu use? My CPU use will hit almost 40-50% just for ESO at times(?)
