My feedback.

There's no way to control pets on console. There's no way to overstate how unbelievably horrible this is, especially since they have bad AI even for MMO pets. Since nothing else is bound to it pet commands should be bound to touch pad swipes on PS4.
Restoration Staff clearly needs a buff. It isn't viable at endgame at all and should be brought up to the level of Restoring Light.
Robust is completely useless and should be removed from the game. Not even a buff would help it. Racial balance in general is terrible. Particularly Argonians, which are basically useless for any role currently.
Area chat needs to stay off when turned off. The UI sucks and it's a hassle to turn off, yet I have to do it constantly due to people abusing their mics. The game should not under any circumstances be changing my settings for me.
Why do we only have half a UI? There's a severe lack of information and basic, ubiquitous features that every MMO needs.
The group finder is very clunky.
Future DLC needs to give us several orders of magnitude more group content during the leveling game, and rebalance existing group content since much of it can be easily solod.

Currently I'd rate the game a 3 out of 10. I plan to bail as soon as I finish building my new gaming rig and either Crowfall or Camelot Unchained come out, whichever launches first. They're made by the developers of Shadowbane and DAoC, respectively, which are the two best PvP MMOs ever in my opinion. It's like ZOS have never played an MMO before and ESO doesn't stack up to the competition at all.
