Too much effect lights, can't see enemies, can I turn them off?

In group dungeons, everyone was using skills. There was too much effect lights. I can't see anything.
Group mates told me to kill the healer first. But what healer? I couldn't even see where the enemies were.
Is there a way to turn off those lights?
