Attachments From In Game Emails Not Loading to Inventory

I recently bought a rare racial motif from another player in PS4 version. He sent the item to me via in game email, and I was charged the gold on delivery. I saw the motif book in the email attachment and selected to 'take attachments'. The gold was immediately deducted from my inventory but the motif book never arrived in my inventory. I've bought items this way before and I know it takes a few moments to arrive, but it's been a few hours now and still nothing.

Was I ripped off somehow? Or does it take longer for the item to post in your inventory. This was not a guild shop purchase, just a transaction between two individual players.

You need to submit a ticket.

The sooner you do it, the better. That way they can look at your history and see that you should've received the item.

I just didn't know if this was a know issue or not. Also, the motif style is not showing up in my crafting options.

It's not a known issue, sounds like an isolated bug.

Cool, thanks for the help. So I take it the tech support people will contact me directly and put the item in my inventory if it's determined to be an isolated bug?
