Game Freezes on Login Through Steam

Whenever I try to play ESO through steam I have a problem where the game will freeze after I enter my credentials and hit the login button. I can play the game just fine whenever I created a ESO Launcher and put it on my desktop and click run as administrator. But that is the only way I can play it. Does anyone have any idea why this is or how I can fix it?
