Camera glitch? Need help desperate

Recently I purchased a mount. While on it I hit one of the d pads and the camera zoomed out more. When I got off my third person was zoomed way back. I looked in the settings and it moves the camera like it would be at the normal third person distance. So I think the game thinks my third person is normal but it isn't and I am stuck with super zoomed out third person.

Can you not hold the down on the D-pad and use the right joystick to situate your zoom?1 -
