Maintenance for the week of July 13:

Bug: Quest "The Pride of a Prince"
I was having issues with this quest last night and was convinced that I was just not getting something straight in my mind.
- I talked to the delegate who wants you to kill a troll. I killed the troll for him, he's happy, he'll go back to the discussion with the Prince.
- I talked to the Dark Elf delegate, who tells me that he won't help me but if I need anything else, to talk to his servant, Naryu.
- - After completing the discussion with this delegate, the quest indicator stays above his head.
- - Naryu never shows up.
- - I've looked all over for Naryu, thinking she's got to be somewhere, but she's not.
After about 1.5 hours trying to figure out what I was doing wrong and returning to the DE delegate a few times, I returned to him at one point and found a few other players there. I asked if anyone knew where Naryu was. I received a chorus of "Nope", "I can't find her" and one ... "I've been returning to this quest for 3 days and she's never here."
Counting back, 3 days would be the last time it was patched.
Is there a "known issues" sticky that I'm missing?
