Good build for archers?

Okay so I just started playing ESO not to long ago and made a wood elf dragon knight archer, I was wondering if this is a good build for close range combat and long range combat. Also I wanted to make a stealth archer but I found out to little to late about the night blade class so I was thinking about making a khajit night blade archer (inspired by the awesome razum dar! Please no spoilers about him by the way.) any feedback on if these builds are any good? Oh and im not to into PvP Im just playing the PvE for now.
