So i made a new character and hopped on the boat to Port Hunding and something immediately caught my eye...

    i had that kind of issue when my gfx card was failing soon as i replaced it all that stopped.
    I'm everything that doesn't belong in the pact but i'm there anyway...

    I know totally what you mean, i had that once as well.

    but this seems different, the trees are perfectly metallic purple and not glitching at all (apart from the colour)

    EDIT: Crikey! They appear on my character select screen as well!

    I've had that before, also on npc skin along with some screen tearing. Did some Googling and it turned out my graphics card was overclocked too much from the factory. I turned it down, turned the fan rpms up a bit, turned off the VSync in game settings and did a Repair on the game for good measure and I haven't seen it since.

    Running at 60 FPS with a load temp of 56F so it's not overheating at all.

    Doing a repair atm just to see if it is due to that.

    Where is repair? On the launcher, it is hidden behind one of those Gear icons. It says "Game Options" next to it

    After running repair and it downloading something it appears the magical purple trees have reverted to their old self.

    Kind of a shame, but it was bugging me knowing that something was being dodgy.
