Is this normal?
PROBLEM - I am still moving but everyone else freezes.
TIMING - only when there is 15 or more people in my general area (in Pvp)
Before anyone says it - I have solid internet from the best my country can provide. Yes I am on google Dns.
If this is normal will it be addressed?
If so, will it be fixed before new DLC?
Just asking because I don't wanna commit money to it if it isn't getting addressed as there are some cool titles coming out soon!
This is my favourite title but it's not smooth, so I was thinking fallout 4 and final fantasy 15 would be better.
But ifbthis was smooth.... OMG I would give up on sleep to play more I think lol

They are changing a lot of PVP with this upcoming update that will hopefully alleviate some of these problems.Sweetrolls for all!

It has been happening since it dropped on ps4 over a month ago. I spend about 12 hours min a day and it's just killing me. Eso plus member and all, but it's just a struggle in Pvp. Since start of this post I have dropped out twice. Eventually my patience and love for the game will wear out.Edited by LandedEagle on July 23, 2015 10:14AM

Not rly, i notice the same "lag" evenings with my regular internet. Freezes and DCs.

Lol for me it's all day every day. I'm ok if I stick to a fight involving 10 or less people. More than that and the server cannot handle it. And I have very fast net too. No problems on any other game I play. Just the servers on this that are bad. Cannot wait for a fix!

✭Unfortunately yes and it will get worse, far far worse.
Pc deals with pvp lag since ages. I expected console would need some time because the majority is probaly still low leveled and don't have acces/use aoe builds.
It will get worse because people will figure out how to use lag for their advantage same as in pc. People will create lag on purpose same as here in pc and before someone blames one faction/group, everyone is doing it but everyone points at the enemy.
For example i can have fights with +50 people without lag but when someone is specialized in lag, even 10 player fights are impossible.Edited by Teridaxus on July 24, 2015 3:02AM -

I'm in Australia. The lag I can kinda deal with. But getting D/C because I take part in a battle involving 10 or more people is stupid. It's a WAR game. It's full of large scale battles and I shouldn't have to dodge them for fear of d/c. Zenimax should just fix the servers.

OzJohnD✭✭✭✭The latency is about 400ms between the US and Australia ... in high traffic moments it will stutter.
Most times it has nothing to do with the server, it has everything to do with the multiple layers of infrastructure between the server and the client ... it will be server load at peak gaming times, but does not explain why 40 player world PvP locks up (which then results in a disconnect) ... had it many times on PC when I started out in ESO ages ago.

This is an issue that has been frequenting our gameplay since just after launch.
Learn to use it to your advantage.
It is not fun, but very funny when you have 50 EP, 50 DC and 50 AD all in the same keep spamming spells and nobody dies,
then before you know it the keep changes from blue to red,
a few seconds, i mean minutes later it changes from Red to Yellow,
Still nobody has died,
Then again from yellow to blue.....
