This is a question for the moderators and customer support.
I have seen quite a few bans on the accounts of GMs, social and otherwise. Most recently (today in fact) a leader of a fellow was notified that his appeal to have his accounts reinstated was denied. Not only were his 2 accounts (both owned by him, and he is able to prove this) banned for gold selling (he was transferring items and gold back and forth) but was notified that his accounts will be permanently banned.
Guild leaders are having their accounts social banned for using addons to do what many of of see as necessary things such as send guild mails, and then having to wait days (4 days, in the case of one GM, even with multiple tickets) for customer support to unlock their accounts. The GM in question was simply told by customer support to wait for the temporary ban to expire. If you're a GM of a trade guild, days going by that you're not able to perform routine functions can have some pretty rough consequences. There have been guilds that have been unable to secure traders and lost members as a result.
What I would like to know is if ZOS is going to start addressing these requests in a more timely (and reasonable) manner? Many players and guild leaders alike have been subscribers since launch, and the guild leaders I'm referring to meet regularly with the developers to help provide feedback and help improve the game.
To see issues like this occurring as often as they are is extremely disheartening and is quite honestly driving paying customers away from the game.
