How do I get to blackheart haven if I'm lvl 38 from the pact??

I just unlocked 3 new dungeons at lvl 38 the first one is blackheart haven but I can't get to bankorai till veteran ranks..is there a way I can get there or do I have to wait?

OzJohnD✭✭✭✭once your own faction dungeon of a particular level is completed, the other two faction dungeons become available and their icons appear on your world map ... you can't access the region around the dungeon outside, but you can port to the inside of the dungeon.Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe.
