Guild Store item not sold.

Hi. I've put an item for sale on a guild store. However the item wasn't sold and the guild no longer has a store. But what's happened to my item?? I got no mail with my item or the sale money. So anyone know how to get back my item?

It will either be mailed to you in time or there is some kind of bug.
Firstly, try and get this guild back up to 50 members to access the guild store and have a look to ensure that it's still not there - it shouldn't be but there is a possibility.

If it's not in the guild store and hasn't came through the mail, I would suspect that the item went into oblivion.
Not as Technical as you may think.

You should be able to access the Guild Store to Cancel the Listing. Try this at the bank.

For sure you will get it back 30 days after you listed it.

To clarify, do you mean that the guild no longer has a store, or that they no longer have a trader?

If your guild has no trader this week, the store is still fully functional, but can only be accessed by guild members and from a bank. Your items will still be there, and you can list new items, or buy from other members as you wish.

If your guild membership dropped so low that you no longer have an active store at all, your posted items will remain in the store until they are sold or time out. Members can still access the store to buy listed items, but I nothing new can be listed. At least that's how it worked for a guild of mine last spring. When your listed items time out they will be returned to you as a mail attachment.

Hmm. To be honest it was a guild I randomly joined. It's guild store has ceased trading. As it didn't have a shop on any of the towns for so long I deleted the guild - was that the wrong thing to do??

Does eSo have an app/site where u could check ur stats like all guilds joined ? I've slightly forgotten the guild name i sold the item on.

Just wait then. Once the item times out, it will be returned to you.

The only way to know what guilds you were in is maybe Customer Support would have that information.
