Please change the bar swap on PS4 to L3 or R3!!

D pad bar swap is garbage and can't figure out for the life of me how they thought it was a good idea. Don't know what it is on Xbone but I imagine it sucks too.

Try weapon swapping in a PvP match. ZOS, your button configuration is bad, and you should feel bad too.

I use an XB1 controller on PC and use the d-pad. Just seems more naturally for me. Hitting the R3 or L3, I hate.

You can already do this on PS4 using the Accessibility options under Settings. Simply reconfigure the button commands and add the quick menu toggle option so you can turn it on/off quickly. While a solution from ZoS would be ideal, this issue can be resolved in under 5 minutes for PS4 users.

I've found a way to remap via the PS4 Accessibility options, but it's such a pain to change it back and forth when I switch games. An alternate controls setting would be amazing!

There is a quick menu option (found under the Settings>Accessibility menu) that is accessed by holding the PS button for 2 seconds. Simply unchecked the checkbox at the bottom of the quick menu and you have exactly what you requested. In total, it takes less than 10 seconds to turn on/off (and you can do it while the game is loading).

It's the same on the Xbox but I'm ok with it the way it is. It take like 0.4 seconds to take your hand of the left thumb to hit the left d pad.

I actually don't remove my thumb at all. I take my pointer finger off L2 to weapon swap. Works well. Though I will throw out there, to please think about allowing us to be able to move our character while switching potions on our hot bar. To have to stop completely can really put you in a bind.

I do this and i do that... That's the core problem here, everyone want the controls set up different and Zenimax should simply have added key rebinding from the start. It should be standard in any MMO game released, console or PC.

Change block to the options button and move the R2 attack to the Share button. Do it for everyone except me please.

L3... This is exactly where I have weapon swap located using xPadder on PC using my PS4 controller. I have ST abilities on one bar and AoE on the other, so swapping back and forth in the middle of combat happens frequently, using L3 makes swapping weapons fluid without having to remove my thumbs from the sticks.
