So I am thinking about making a new sorcerer, I haven't made or played one for quite some time. I really kinda want to do a medium armor hybrid with bow/staff. Is there any way to achieve this?

There are no soft caps anymore. Stacking either magicka or stamina is still the best way to go. Hybrid builds are fun, but gimped.Daggerfall Covenant
