1 ESO+ membership. 10% boost to xp, cp, gold, crafting
2 Ring of Mara +10% xp to level AND cp (must be grouped with and both players need to be wearing the ring)
3 Xp pots (PC Only) I have read recently that we might get the xp pots on console BEFORE IC dropsGuildmaster - Order of Stendarr [XB1] - Apply today!

Next patch, later this month console will get XP pots. So of course that before IC..

I don't think it's very broad, there are two things console players don't have exp scrolls and pots, which was my question lol thanks for answering though!0
