Can we please get something like a Merchant House/Auction House/Grand Exchange etc. ?

Guild traders was interesting i'll give it that.. but that's just that. It's interesting, not because it's practical, not because it's efficient and definitely not because it's convenient. It's interesting because MMOs from 2000 have already caught on that it's no fun going through hoops to try and buy/sell/trade things around so they implement some form of location with whatever the best name they can come up with to explain what it's purpose is, to allow every player in the game to sell any items they have in this thing which allows anyone to easily find all the items they are looking for.

The problem with the current guild trader system is, there are many many many guilds, but only so many available guild traders to bid on, and on top of that, you need 50 members to be allowed to bid on a trader. It would be much better if there was an individual trader that everyone could list their items for sale on, rather than have over 9,000 different networks of wares that you may never see, the other day i had to search the traders of over 5 guilds before i could finally find some Pristine Water... another i spent ages looking for same Ta runes... still never got them. It'd have been nice to know before hand that not a single trader has it currently but the only way to ever know that is if everything were through just the one list of items, not several.
