Maximizing Survivability: Templar Tank

I was wondering if you guys could give me some insight on ways to absolutely maximize suvivability as a Templar magicka tank in PvP, who is also a vampire (taken for mostly for mist form and magicka regen). I'm probably going to wait until the next patch when vampire fire resistance is reduced to a 25% weakness versus the current 40%. Beyond the obvious jewelry to boost my fire resistance, what are some other suggestions? Specifically interested in a skill bar line-up centered on survivability.

I imagine my role to run siege weapons, running into a group of enemy players to draw their attention and fire away from my alliance mates, and generally absorb dps so that others don't have to. I'm thinking something along the lines of Radiant Ward, Defensive Stance (or Absorb Magic), Mist Form, and Unstoppable, then Puncturing Sweep for DPS/Healing Effect and Empowering Sweep as the Ultimate for the damage reduction? Also maybe Spiked Bone Shield when I unlock it. Is this plausible? I know little about builds and have never set foot in Cyrodiil so I'm working on hypotheticals here. haha
