Templar magicka based melee/healer pvp (will this work)

Hey guys, was wondering if i can get some expert opinions on a build i came up with. I'm not looking to follow other peoples build but so far i have a similar build and it seems to be working well for me in pvp.

my goal is to be kinda of a hybrid. first bar is dmg line, while 2nd bar is mainly support healing. i know i wont be a dedicated healer, using kiting and focused on healing gear and stuff like that but healing is more of an off healer spec but here is my build and reasonings.

im a level 35 breton btw so i feel its better to be magicka based (console player).

bar 1: (sword board)
puncturing sweeps (main dps skill, have had no problem with it in pvp so far)
toppling charge (gap closer/stun)
Blazing sheild (dmg sheild /dmg )
inner light (10% crit, max magica, mage guild passives)
structured entrophy (20% spell pwer, 8% max hp for blazing sheild)

ultimate: not sure at moment, would like comet but might be some time before i get it. probably use the one from soul line

bar 2: (restro)
inner light
structured entrophy
radiant oppresion (range execute)
breath of life
purifying ritual

build would play as a toppling charge in and puncturing sweeps to deal dmg and self heal, or when in zerg i can stand back and heal peeps and purify while healing with ulitmate.

you guys think this will be viable in the later veteran ranks?

anyone have any insight into the viability of this build in higher veteran ranks? also is putting 2 mage guild skills on same bar taking up to much space for other things.

i just want to confirm that structured entrophy (20% spell) + the mage light 10% crit will help my puncturing attack. its hard for me to tell cause im on console and dont have addons to see dmg increase etc...

Magelight works out to be about 4% more damage. Not really worth it in my opinion considering you have to give up 20% of your skills. Structured Entropy is a similar situation. If you are going to sacrifice the added DPS but not having those skills, you should really concentrate on making sure you maximize what you do have. Repentance is an amazing skill that should be considered. Along with Rune Focus for defense, caltrops for CC, and Radiant oppression for Max execute DPS. I am in no way saying Magelight and structured entropy aren't good skills, but there are some that may be better alternatives.
I'm kind of a small deal!

    i see your point.

that was exactly what i was looking for in an answer.

the run focus i was considering because im in light armor, so having more armor would be beneficial but how would repentance be amazing with my build. my build is focused on magicka version of the jabs skill. so i would only benefit from the 10% magkica regen. is that is more better than say 20% spell power from entrophy?

    just curious

Repentance really is amazing in PVE. Not as much in PVP. Its one of those skills that flops a tad when you go from PVE to PVP. There are a few skills like that. I was just saying in general Repentance is awesome but again your mileage may vary depending on your goals.
