So can we talk about the guild quests bugged out. I'm running through on one of my alts and the prismatic core quest says 15 on my journal, inside the area is all lvl 25 enemies & it's a gigantic pain in the ass. Other guild quests have done this as well. What's the deal? Ever going to fix it? Have to wait a few more lvls and just go back?

The quest level adjusts to your character level except when you are hitting a zone lower than what you should be. At that point the quest is going to be the lowest zone level. I take it your are level 15 in a 25-30 zone?

Yeh I picked up the quest in a 25 zone, I just figured since it says 15 in my journal it should be 15. No worries she's getting there quick though. I have 1 character to V1 & I have this nasty habit of making alts hahah I have like 6 alts between 10-30 I can't stop

Yeah this is a known issue. Guild quests scale to your level, but the instances also have a minimum level, and the journal is scaling the quest to you regardless of whether its below the minimum or not. I have a thread on this in General Discussion:

A question: if you were to successfully complete the quest at Level 15, would you want a Level 15 reward that you could use now, or a Level 25 reward that is appropriate for the content you had to face?
