DK - Leveling PVP

Hi guys,
i recently started this game on PS4 and i love it. I am currently a DK dark elf and i would love to use the destruction staff as a main weapon. I am level 15 and i am doing mainly quest to get to the level 50 but i also enjoying PVP when i have time.
At the level 15 i got to choose the second weapon.....i didn't know that as i am totally new, what will be the best setup for leveling and having fun pvp?

jackiemanuel✭✭✭It doesn't have to be a second weapon. I'm a dunmer DK and have inferno staff on both bars.0
