DESTRO DK - LEVELING/PVP

Hi guys,
i recently started this game on PS4 and i love it. I am currently a DK dark elf and i would love to use the destruction staff as a main weapon. I am level 15 and i am doing mainly quest to get to the level 50 but i also enjoying PVP when i have time.

At the level 15 i got to choose the second weapon.....i didn't know that as i am totally new, what will be the best setup for leveling and having fun pvp?

Rest Staff in the second slot is very useful for leveling/pvp

Healing Springs(Morph from Grand Healing - Resto Staff line)
Quick Siphon(Morph of Force Siphon - Resto Staff lin)
Mutagen (Morph from Regeneration - Resto Staff line) **NOTE** Use this until you get Quick Siphon unlocked
Igneous Shield (Morph from Obsidian Shield - Earthen Heart Skill line)
Healing Ward( Morph from Steadfast Ward - Resto Staff line)
Inner LIght (Morph from Mage light - Mage Skill LIne) **NOTE** Be sure to have inner light on the Destro bar too as this is an Always on skill and if its on the Destro bar it will deactivate when you switch back and forth.
ULTIMATE - Corrosive Armor(Morph of Magma Armor - Earthen Heart Skill line)

I'm a dunmer DK too, level 36. I used two destruction staves at level 15 until i got destro leveled to 42 to get impulse. Now i'm working on leveling a resto staff with my back bar.
