Can crafters please modify the appearance of armor?

I don't care if I have to dump tons of resources into the endeavor... I'd just like to take my orc armor of ugliness and turn it into something more appealing. Especially armor that I can't use imperial change appearance thing on.

It has been asked many times even as a crown based system. But probably isn't going to happen.

An alternative work around is to stop making orc armor. You view of the armor may be quite the opposite of others. Orc armor , to me, is fine as is.

Named/Set armor isn't something I have control over. Trust me, I wouldn't make an ugly piece of armor for myself if I had control over it- the problem is when I have a really great look going and then this amazing item drops... that's hideous. And since I can't modify the appearance in any way, I get to run around looking like Vampo the Clown.

Some of the better dropped armor sets do come in fixed motif. One of the best heavy comes in atrocious orc.

I would enjoy crafters having the option to "morph" found weapons & armor sets to any of your known styles... but its not really a major thing, and there are soooo many other things I'd want first...

The style and look of making LVL 10 armor and VR 14 legendary armor always bugged me. You would think once you make armor legendary it would have some sort of distinguished look or a glow. But nope it doesn't. In most cases you can barely tell a difference between making low or high level armor. For me I just mixed matched different styles and used the colors I thought looked best. In the end I just went with the skeleton costume.
