Billing Address Error (no reply yet in PC support so posted here for quicker response)

I have entered my billing info on 3 different broswers and have reset each broswer after it would not let me through the first payment section and yet it still is saying "We're sorry, there was an error with your Billing Address Information. Please try again."
It also asks for "Suite, Floor, Appartment #" which I do not have as I live in a Semi Detatched house in England.
I sent a ticket in but have gotten no response and I am getting rather frustrated, please help me.
