Templar One Hand and Sheild/Restoration Staff

o_Skellington_o
Just wanted to get some opinions on my build and maybe suggestions. The goal was to make a a templar with excellent heals/buffs, wasn't too squishy, and could do some respectable damage when heals aren't needed. HEALS > DEFENCE > DPS I also plan on doing plenty of pvp so I want to make sure I have a gap closer, interrupt, some form of cc, and a good debuff. I won't be bursting down enemies in Cyrodiil but ill outlast them. Possibly Werewolf if it means I can get a stamina regen buff in human form and not have the poison problem. More stamina means more dodges, blocks, and attacks.

Currrently lvl 20 Breton Templar (Main Heals/DPS)

14 Magicka 5 Health

5 light, 2 heavy (head & chest)

Bar 1 ONE HAND AND SHEILD (mostly stamina skills)
Sheild Charge
Heroic Slash
Biting Jabs
Vampires Bane
Breath of Life
Empowering Sweep (great for clearing trash)

Bar 2 RESTORATION Staff (mostly magicka skills)
Binding Javelin
Healing Springs
Rapid Regeneration
Restoring Aura
Breath of Life
Solar Prison (great for boss fights)

When in groups I use Restoring aura and if needed, and few Healing Springs or Rapid Regen.
If the party doesn't need much healing I switch and use Sheild Charge for cc, hit Empowering Sweep, and then cycle between Heroic Slash, heavy attacks, and Biting Jabs. With all those skills from stamina I can afford to use the expensive Breath of Life for emergency heals. It's not meant for tanking but trying to keep itself and it's party alive while still doing decent damage whenever possible. Can switch from aoe to single target dps just by swapping a few skills (some I haven't got yet like the aoe morph of focused cbarge), has good defences from Sheild and the heavy peices, good Magicka Regen, and all the good heals a templar needs. Running solo it's got excellent survivability and does good damage. Plan on picking up Spear Shards, Sun Sheild, Radiant Destruction, and Silver bolts and skilled tracker for those pesky wolves and vamps in pvp. Overall it's been a fun build so far. Heals are great, it's not squishy, and can dish out decent damage.
