Sorc shield and ult

so i was wondering what determines the amount that my sorc's shield protects me for... max magicka possibly?

also i use a move called soul strike and would like to know what that scales off of as well

and third and final question, do you think that soul strike is good in pvp (sorc build, kinda behind a group for the most part)

Sorc shield scales with max magicka and in champion points in Bastion.

Ultimates scale with your higher stat out of Weapodmg/stamina or Spellpower/magicka.

Sorc shilds are based off Magkicka and Spelldmg.

Ultimates like Soul Strike allways scall of you highest pool (Magicka or Stamina)
But even if they scall of Stamina, they still deal Magic dmg
