Can Zeni please post some sort of a response to this.

Our guild is heavily affected by the system bugs that are occurring right now. Half our roster is unable to even see on their end that they’re still in our guild (restarts, leaving & reinviting have been unsuccessful). No one in the guild including the GM and Officers have the guild chat channels available to them. It is seriously impacting the quality of the game, and we’ve received no official response to the many tickets we’ve submitted. Without an official response we’re unable to even point our members to a place to get updates.

    Is my guild the only guild on ESO being affected by this?

    I've submitted a ticket also - but I'm one of MANY of our guildmates who cannot access our guild chat channels. An official acknowledgement of the issue would be appreciated. The problem began directly after yesterday morning's patch and is affecting most of our guild.
