But as of today I've entered veteran rank 1, gotten myself some GREAT gear, upped my dps by about 200, and even got an ENTIRE purple armor set. (Im a dual wielding, dark elf dps btw, med armor) Ya ya, alls well, then I enter campaign (my same old campaign map) and theres a OUTSTANDING 500 OR SO QUEUE WAIT. Though thats not the problem im addressing, (even though its a HUGE problem itself) but, when i entered cyrodiil for the first time as a vet, my stats are EXACTLY the same except for a 5000 health boost. What happened to the 16000 magicka and stamina alongside the 27000 health? Why am i getting 21k health, 8k magicka, and 17k stamina???
So confused, i thought as a vet i would get stronger, not demolished by a simple 2 teaming lvl 35s that i could have easily crushed at lvl 49...
PS: Sorry for bad grammar and layout, currently on mobile.
Does this get better or am i going to have to stop playong pvp?

Battle leveling is coming soon to VRs too. Currently VR's are weaker than 1-50 lvl guys. I can kill some VR guys with only 2 shots, its been fun. As a matter of fact, I think I kill some.

If you want to see stat changes that Battle leveling does, you should zone out of Cyrodiil, take a screenshot of your stats in the Character panel, then zone back to Cyrodiil with the Battle Level option toggled on (in Options\Gameplay\combat) to see the stat differences.
From that point, you can choose if you want Battle leveling on or off, but in some cases stats will be higher or lower than your native stats you see with it off. EG. You may have higher Magicka with the Battle level buff on, but lower Armor if you just wear light armor all the time.
