Fun Build, some tips please?

Hi guys, I want to hear some constructive critics about my build

I have been playing teso 3 weeks on ps4 and it's amazing! Right now I'm a templar lvl 26, With 25 magicka, 0H, 0S. I use heavy armor which gives me around 9000 physical defense, and all of its enchantments give me magicka (I know it's a little bit too much hehe)

With the second weapon stuff, I use shield and sword, so if i run out of mana I use some stamina skills.

All my skills are morphed in order to do AoE damage, so these ais my rotation (I usually kill enemies in groups):

1 Reflective light- Increases my spell critical rating and does DoE.
2 Explosive charge- Since I'm far, I use this to get near them, exploding and doing damage to all of them.
3 Solar Barrage- Full AoE, increases the damage of my next attack 020%
4 Puncturing sweep- With this one they pass away, and if any of them did some damage, this heals myself.

So far I like it, but I don't do as much damage as I want and even with that much magicka, I normally run out of mana in dungs.

Any comments will be appreciated, I'm looking forward to reset my char. if I can get better, as you see, I'm a newbie.

Cheers.

1st) level up light armour skills and try to use either
Heavy chest and legs and 5 light or light belt and gloves and 5 heavy.
First variant gives you better resource managment and DPS, second is more diehard.
2nd) Use sets (craft youself or ask to craft another players)
Seducer (5/4) + Magnus(4/5) will greatly emprove you resource managment
3rd) use magica cost reduction and magika regen jewellry (if get warlock set jewellry it will be nice)

Thank you so much! I have a few questions.
1 I already put skills points on all the heavy Armour skills, why just wearing 5 parts?
2 I am lvl 10 blacksmithing, any tip on how to start crafting sets?
3 I use Magick reduction I have like 200 but even eating good that improves my Magick the mana seems to be drained in about 20 seconds
4 about my stats, is it good to invest everything on mana? Most of people I see go 49 health... I haven seen the necessity since I can heal myself

each type of armour has 5 pieses bonuses so to get this bonuses you shoul use at least 5 when mixing

research traits and find (or google) set craft sites
3 I use Magick reduction I have like 200 but even eating good that improves my Magick the mana seems to be drained in about 20 seconds
so it's not enought as you have full heavy you have no armour bonuses for regens/reduction

In the long run it will be good to split between mana/health. Anyway you can modify some pool values with armour enchants
