Why the Game Hub is not used to post news or organize some contests like Smite or Project Spark?

I've been suggesting this for soooo long
Maybe when their customer service team manager yells at them they will start.

I'd imagine the service requests are so high

It's funny that they tweet but don't post in the game hub and tweet from there. Takes 1 second

I don't know how the game hub is working from the community managers side (do they need a special Xbox account?), but yeah, it could be pretty cool!

If anything they could use it for communications like downtime and such.

Very useful tool they are simply ignoring.
