Spliting attributes in three : Good idea or bad?

Greeting fellow heroes of tamriel!

I recently started an Orc Templar and I am using a THW. So I have different abilities for all attributes and I decided to lvl up my attributes equally to use abilities based on stamina and magicka so i can have a well rounded character to be a bit of a tank, healer and DPS so I can be as useful as possble in group dungeuns and still do solo. Im still low lvl but its working out so far. I would like to have your thoughts and any suggestions you may have.

Jack of all trades, master of none. I seriously suggest doing this only for the leveling phase to try what fits you best. Once you reach veteran ranks and have an even slightest interest in group activities like dungeons or pvp, decide and go for a specialization. Hybrids don't really work anymore since softcaps were removed. You lose too much to gain too little.

I do the same. The food I use when exploring/questing/fighting ups all three attributes. I'm vet 8 now.

My main attacks are funnel health (NB) and silver shards (fighter's guild). Funnel health makes a nice back up for any main healer, I try to stay at a distance. But this does make me a bit of a hybrid dps, healer and tank as well. The bosses sooner or later, always come after me.

I doubt I'll ever be invited to the main groups winning on the leader boards because this is not one of the recommended builds.

I see Ysne. Glad its working for you! ANd your vet lvl 8? impressive! Ill keep going as is for now and see how it goes when Im vet like leandor suggested,

Neither. Won't be the best, but its viable. Unless you do it to enchants as well.
