Champion Points?

I am wondering what the Cap is and how do the diminishing returns look? is one point is one percent how much would the 50th or 100th point give?

    The maximum number of champion points is 3,600 and you can put 100 points into each star. The diminishing returns kick in pretty quick. At 50 points in a star, I'm already gaining only 0.1% per point.

    That doesn't sound to op to me. I hate Veteran ranks and would prefer is there was only champion points.

    I really like the Champion System, but some of the passives are slightly over-tuned right now. This could obviously change and not be a problem at all based on what content comes in the future, but, for example, at 600 CP Mighty + Blade Expert gives Daggers, Swords, and 2H an extra 50% damage on light and heavy attacks. Right now that's a lot.

    When you reach the 3600 CP, each star skill will have 25% gain!

    And all available passive. And a big boost

    Honestly, if the cap were a bit lower and then incrementally increased to 3600 instead, it would make more sense. This would give ginders/botters their time at the top, while still allowing the rest of the plebians to catch up. Then it incrementally increases again, and ginders/botters pop up to the top quickly again.

    It would basically turn CP into a sort of level cap increase without nullifying everyone's gear.

    I absolutely agree. What happens if ZOS releases content for players at around 300 CP but some people already have 600? Then it's still too easy for them. They should have capped them and increased the cap as more content was released.
