Just kidding. but seriously people stop flooding the forums and discussions with this. We hear it everytime ZoS changes the max level or mounts etc. It is old, it will not happen, it is an evolving mmo in which you will always re-do your gear. Now this is the point where i hear the complaints about being a casual player and spending 500k on my gear cause i thought x or y. get real. the game has been out for over a year and we know/knew it was going to be an ever changing game. Just stop!

✭Finally, a non-whine thread. I absolutely agree OP. We didn't get a refund on materials or AP when the ranks went from VR10 to VR12, then from VR12 to VR14, and we aren't going to get one with this increase either. Suck it up people. After a year plus I just dipped my toes into pvp this weekend past and earned almost 60k AP for a couple hours each night (yeah I'm bored), it's doesn't seem to be that hard albeit my experience is quite limited.
The gear regrind is the least of problems imo, besides it's not like there is "soooo many" things to do at capIf options weren't necessary, and everyone played the same way, no one would use addons. Fix the UI!0 -

I think those are the main issues people are complaining about and they have a bloody right too since they pay $$$$
The whole VR increase did not effect my stuff but I can easily imagine why people are pissed off about this from their point of view in this situation. I would be too. It's how they have gone about this whole thing, they shot themselves in the foot in reputation over $$$$.

I am pretty confident that my alts are not going to be pushed past the quest lines either.

✭Yes but come on its an mmo. Progression is name of the game. Regearing is what happens. Even with removal of vet ranks there or going to be periods through the game where u will regearing because of updates. I do understand that vr ranks were supposed to be taken out. but not to get into a crazy rant about that and the many views i have on it, i think it is important to undestand how closely tiedin ranks are with gear and progression. Oerhaos ZoS had unforseen complications that have yet to be resolved. is it so hard to believe that such a fundamental change to the game has brought complications? but that is an argument for another day. if it were the case i would rather have more content and vet ranks then no content while we wait on the removal. new content means harder content and the vet sytem is the best way to increase a pkayers base stat which is a proven method in the game. imo. ofcourse i do see the other sides. my point here is not arguing vet ranks but the fact that an evolving mmo means regearing and respeccing. it is just the nature of the beast and complaining about money/ap refunds is just ridiculous.0
