Forever is a long time and even the most rabid killer will have enough and give up the fight...or maybe be ripped apart by someone younger and wilier and meaner who didn't know they weren't ever going to be strong enough.

the problem you are having @OP is assuming people actually give a crap about leaderboards, like there's always some loser with way too much time quitting his/her job using his/her life savings to play more than the next guy, who cares?

when leaderboards start showing actual player skill i will be right there next to you, but seeing as they are useless due to the above as well as people just trying to glitch and exploit

again i question:

as for pvp stay with groups, it sucks ZoS let people transfer that could possibly be their dumbest decision in gaming but it happened they obviously needed the money for a weekend getaway.

there's gonna be pc transfers on your side as well so it's a non issue

I guess you do not read often. Xp potions are avaliable on pc and coming to console soon give you 50 percent more xp. Xp potions will sale in crown store like crazy. So are you going to complain when an adult or someone's parents buys them a few hundred dollars worth of xp potions? I am sure many will but money talks. Also are you going to complain once you hit thousands of cp and you still get crushed in pvp? I am sure many will as many complain if they can't win everything on the forums. I hate to say it but learn how to play. Optimization of your build will help plus not every ability is worth putting on your bar. I would suggest read up on builds and watch some you tube vids. I think you can also purchase the strategy guide if you need it.

Transfers were a bad idea.

That being said I'm no fool. If I had the opportunity to transfer a character with a year's worth of xp and gear over 99.9 percent of the competition and did not have to worry about losing that character on my native platform I'd take it. Gotta supplement my superiority complex somehow.

WOW always resets the game after a few month
all other mmos a niche products
nobody will people stop from farming if it is their hobby but PVE leaderboards and PVP have to be competitive
PC players with one year experience in gameplay and with a huge CP gap will rule both easily on consoles
console players never had a real chance
a mmo needs new players wich stay and dont be second class players

may there are really much egoists in this forum which are afraid of fair competition and lose their farmed champion points gap
