Crystal Frag proc animation bug

Ran into an issue earlier where the animation for Crystal Frags proc was bugged. My hands were no longer glowing purple to indicate it has proc'd. Because of this I had to guess when it proc'd which makes a pretty big deal especially considering the bug has happened both times while in cyrodil. Restarting fixed the issue but that is clearly not the solution. This is just another reason why an ingame UI is needed.

Any other sorcerers ran into this issue?

I can tell it procs by looking at my Healthbar glowing.

Not really a solution when in Cyrodil as there are other buffs/skills that cause health bar to glow.

Mostly in Cyrodiil, after so many effects are being renderred, the client dumps the old effects. On a pc, this is remedied by raising the "particle effects" slider. On a console, you are SOL.

My proc effect disappears almost instantly when there's enough stuff going on onscreen.

Well that sucks. Hopefully they add some type of UI that indicates Crystal Frags proc'd. We should have to pay because of their own development flaws.

The best thing ZOS could do is set piorities for different sources of effects. With the player being top priority so his spell effects are never overthrown by random fireball shots in the distance.
